Fall Has Arrived...

Yesterday, we went with the Hoke Family to the most amazing Pumpkin Patch in Shawnee, OK. The drive was well worth it. They had a corn maze, horse swings, a barrell train (which went much faster than mommy thought), a hay ride, and of course a real pumpkin patch. This wasn't the kind where they throw some store bought pumpkins on the ground and call it good...this was the real deal. Pumpkins and gourds grew in this huge field. We pointed out which ones we wanted and Richard cut them from the vine. The kids loved walking around in the "dirty" field and picking out pumpkins. The weather was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a day filled with more fun!
